Safety is big in production

Production safety is so important that it can never be emphasized too much in every moment of the production.

This month, the sanitary goods factory next to our plant unexpectedly caught fire. At first, it was just 'a very small fire', and it could have been extinguished immediately.

But the fire-fighting equipment failed to put out the small fire at the very beginning, resulting in the uncontrolled fire.

This event makes us more deeply realize the importance of production safety to enterprises. As the main body of safe production, enterprises must not ignore production safety because of rush schedules and production. Business owners should always bear production safety in mind and keep a constant watch on the production to ensure safety.

Jinmeng has equipped the factories with fire extinguishers and fire hydrants spotted at various corners in case of emergency. At the same time, we regularly popularise the fire-fighting law, talk about fire signs, types of fire extinguishers and let the staff learn to use the fire extinguishers correctly and master the correct fire-fighting skills; the annual fire-fighting drills also help us to improve our ability to prevent accidents.

In production, Jinmeng always emphasizes safety issues and reminds workers to operate in a standardized manner to cut off the possibility of accidents from the source. And we teach our staff to enhance their safety awareness, improve their ability to prevent accidents and always pay attention to the importance of safe production.

In the safety management work, Jinmeng has always done a good job in the identification of safety risks, the investigation of safety hazards, the rectification and disposal of safety hazards, such as regular investigation of potential safety hazards in production, and spot inspection of fire facilities to ensure their normal use.
